I was referred to Shelby's bc it's across the street from where I get my car worked on. It's a little hole in the wall spot. I spoke to Jason who although they were about to close still came out and looked at my radio and explained to me that he could fix my jammed button but would recommend that I upgrade to a better radio. I'm thinking of course he would right! So I went and got a second opinion that confirmed this was the case but told me it would cost me a lot more than what I had been quoted by Jason. i took my car back to Jason and got him to explain to me again what he wanted to do and how much it would cost and I decided to go through with it right on the spot. Jason and his group were fast and professional and when he installed my radio he walked me through my car and explained everything to me even though he had given me a tutorial earlier. He said that if I had any questions to call him. He was personable and professional and I wish I had 4 more cars to get radios installed in. I highly recommend Shelby's Car Stereo and Alarms!
